Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine all ingredients listed for the cake in another bowl, making sure there are no lumps but taking care not to overmix.
Pour the cake batter into the greased pan and sprinkle evenly with the topping.
Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Depending on your oven, check at 25 minutes for doneness. If not finished at 30 minutes, bake in 5 minute increments until done.
