Zucchini Bread!

Welcome and thanks for stopping by on your browsing journey through the interwebs! I love to cook and to bake and create meals that my family and I will enjoy. I’m not a professional chef by any stretch of the imagination, but I like what comes out of the pot/ oven and that’s the hardest bit I think. On this site, I’ll sometimes post a step by step recipe and other times, like now, I’ll just post a recommendation for a recipe that I believe will produce a satisfying end result.

On that note, I won’t keep you back too long if you are on a quest to find a really, reallllly delicious zucchini bread and just happened to stumble onto my page. This bread is the result of me procrastinating on finishing up task number one on my to-do list. In the course of avoiding my work, I went rooting through my fridge for something to eat and found the zucchini that I’d bought on Saturday with the intention of making a delicious and healthy breakfast dish with. Needless to say, things didn’t turn out that way and here we are.

I googled “zucchini bread” and the first result that popped up was from Allrecipes.com. I love this site as I’ve gotten quite a few awesome recipes that actually turned out great from them.
